FEB/MAR/APR Various work

So I did dropped a ball a bit on my updates for this project, plus there wasn't that much that was done at least by me during the winter Feb I was sick a lot and March and April my dad carried quiet bit of smaller stuff that was done but here is few recent pictures and some hours that I can account for.

I also want to add mudding was horrible and tough specially for someone that doesn't have that much experience.

Hours:

Muddying and initial stage of sanding (12 x 7 hrs = 84 hrs)

Final Sanding (4 days about 5 hrs each = 20 hrs)

On Apr 9 dry-walling around stairs and under, cutting put lights openings 5 hrs x 2

On Apr 10 muddying around the stairs and under 7 hrs x 1 + 2 hrs x 1 total 9 hrs

On Apr 11 and 12 1 x 7 hrs + 1 x 7 hrs sanding mudding of under the stairs, door fittings and framing above the doors and clean up.

 

Cost:

~ $900 (4 Sets of doors purchased, 3 sheets of drywall, 4 dimmers 2way made  for LED’s and CFLs.)

New Year 2013 work JAN 9,24,25

To make a quick post to keep track of the hours seems that work in January will be pretty low.

Jan 9 - Drywall - Finishing 9 hrs x 2 = 18 hrs total.
Jan 24- Finishing area under steps:  7.5 x 2 = 15 hrs total
Jan 25 - Finishing area under steps 3 hrs x 2 + 3hrs x 1= 9 hrs total

Cost for 2x4's and some 2.1's and some more tapcon screws: ~$75.
Cost for oak steps: $200

Unfortunately this is starting to drag a bit too much but now I'm out of drywall and there is still some needed probably around 1-2 sheets.
